Albay Gov. Grex Lagman is sporting a more laid back and casual look that consists of blue jeans and a T-shirt because his constituents thought his old look was too formal.

Naujan-made items are apparently selling like hotcakes at the town’s new souvenir/ coffee shop, and Mayor Mark Marcos has no plan of stopping shoppers from flocking to it.
