VG Lagman says Tabaco City may soon manage 2 Albay tourist spots
Albay Vice Governor Edcel Lagman said that the operation and management of Mayon Skyline Hotel and Convention Center as well as the Mayon Planetarium and Science Park may be devolved to local government of Tabaco.
