Kalap Civic Park

The two highest public officials of Calapan City have led the blessing and inaugural of the Kalap Civic Park at the City Hall Complex.

A new plaza and park for Calapeños will soon rise at the City Hall Complex next year, Calapan City Mayor Arnan Panaligan said.

It’s nice to know some cities still prioritize building open and green spaces.
