Governor Edcel “Grex” Lagman

Albay Governor Edcel “Grex” Lagman has attended the inauguration of a new Multi-purpose Covered Court in a barangay in Barangay Bantayan in Tabaco City. Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman, sister of the governor, led the inauguration rites.

The Provincial Government of Albay, under the leadership of Governor Edcel “Grex” Lagman, will deliver much-needed medical supplies and equipment to 720 barangays in the province.
