Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal extends operation hours for public market to minimize crowding
Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal and other city officials have decided to give residents more time to buy their essentials at the public market by extending market hours up to 11 am from 9 am during the enhanced community quarantine period.
