Gov. Bichara wants to boost Albay’s vaccine program
Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara ordered the Albay Provincial Health Office headed by PGDH Officer-in-Charge Dr. Estela C. Zenit to conduct an augmentation vaccination program in the province.
