Comele-Palawan runs out of doc stamps as over 8,000 bets file COCs
The provincial office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has run out of documentary stamps required in the filing of certificates of candidacy (COC) for the May 14 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan polls.
