Mercedes Mayor Alexander Pajarillo is thrilled that his constituents have learned new skills that could help them start a business and make a living.
In a Facebook post, Pajarillo said the kropek and veggie pancit-making seminar had been a productive and useful undertaking.
A total of 20 individuals, including business owners and on the job trainees, learned how to make fish and shrimp kropek and pancit made of carrots and other vegetables.
The seminar was conducted by trainers from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
It is a project of the Mercedes- Department of Trade and Industry- Negosyo Center.
Thanks to them, Mercedes residents may be able to enjoy more kropek and pancit soon!

Aabot sa 20 mga participants na mga business owner, neophyte businessman at mga on the job (OJT) training students ang lumahok sa isang araw na aktuwal na paggawa at pagluluto ng fish/shirmp kropek at Pancit making. Ang pancit ay gawa sa carrots at iba pang gulay.
Layon nito na maturuan sila ng dagdag na kaalaman sa kung paano mag simula ng negosyo sa maliit na puhunan upang makaagapay sa kanilang paghahanap buhay.
Sina Ms. Jacqueline Blantopas at Mr. Joshua Bilaro BFAR in- house trainers ang nagturo sa mga participants.
