“Thanks for the dinner invitation at your beautiful home in General Santos City, Senator Manny!
I will look into developing an honest-to-goodness grassroots basketball and amateur boxing program, respectively, in Albay. We need a sports and youth development patron in SenMan to jumpstart our programs for the province as soon as possible.
I only have full respect for this man who inspired millions of Filipinos about the power of dreams, discipline, hardwork, passion and purpose. He put the Philippines on the international boxing world’s map at the turn of the century. More importantly, he continues to be a dedicated and committed public servant in the strictest sense. He is proof that you do not need an elective or appointive position in order to help your countrymen improve their lives.
With Governor Roel Pacquiao of Sarangani, Mayor Zyrex Pacquiao of Maasim, Sarangani and Pacman visual artist Rudy Aquino. Also with South Cotabato Governor Jun Tamayo’s aide Michael Flores.
Dios mabalos po sa gabos na Albayano!” Lagman posted.
