Albay Gov. Grex Lagman promotes the province’s quarterly publication

Albay Gov. Grex Lagman is in full support of the Albay Bulletin, the quarterly publication of the provincial government.

Lagman said it reports the truth and it is reliable. It is provided to Albayanons by the Albay Provincial Information Office.

It features stories that are important to the people of the province, and provides them with the information that they need.
