Sorsogon province has reason to be proud after one of its residents passed the licensure exam for professional teachers with flying colors.

In a Facebook post, Sorsogon Rep. Wowo Fortes congratulated Arlene Furing for placing top 7 in the Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers.

Furing hails from Bulusan.

She is a graduate of the Sorsogon State University- Sorsogon City Main Campus.

She has brought honor to the province!

Furing, BSED-Sciences graduate of SSU-SORSOGON CITY MAIN CAMPUS, for placing TOP 7 in the nationwide Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LEPT) last March 19, 2023! Ms. Arlene G. Furing hails from the Municipality of Bulusan,” Fortes posted.
