Gov. Socrates attends Community Pediatrics Society of the Philippines convention

Palawan Governor V. Dennis Socrates served as the guest of honor during the 30th Annual Convention of Community Pediatrics Society of the Philippines.
The occasion was held at the Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City on May 24.
In his speech, Socrates laid the political agenda of his administration, particularly on providing efficient services to Palaweños.
“Living morally upright lives involves among others doing work well, fulfilling our duties out of love for God and fellowmen…,” said Socrates.
“Those of us in the government have different specific tasks and duties, but it is also good to consider that there is a kind of unity to the work of government as a whole, because government is an institution,” he added.
Medical professionals from Palawan and other parts of the country attended the event.
