Lagman attends 72nd anniversary celeb of DSWD-V

Albay Governor Edcel “Grex” Lagman has attended the 72nd anniversary celebration of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Regional Field Office V.
“Thank you, RD Norman S Laurio, ARD for Operations Choy Sañano, ARD for Administration Raul Enojas for conferring two of the highest awards to PSWDO-Albay,” Lagman said.
“Congratulations, Mme. Maria Vivien Andes Cea and to all her fellow ‘angels in red vests’,” he added.
The governor also congratulated other awardees from Albay such as Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman (represented by her CSWDO Mme. Salome Villanueva), Ligao City Mayor Fernando Vallejo Gonzalez (represented by VM Jaypee Manlangit David) for also winning the Vulcan Award.
“Happy to see the other winners from the other provinces, cities and municipalities in the Region V like Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion, Sorsogon City Mayor Esther Hamor and Iriga City Mayor Wilfred Rex Oliva,” he said.
“Dios mabalos man tabi kay Hon. Rowena Nina Taduran, DSWD Undersecretary for Legislative Coordination and External Affairs for being the Guest of Honor and Speaker,” he added.
