Millennial father! Albay Board Member Vince Baltazar happy to meet young priest

Albay Board Member Vince Baltazar met a priest who is as young as he is, and was impressed with him.
In a Facebook post, Baltazar shared a photo of him with Father Gem N. S. Penetrante, who is just 32 years old.
He described Penetrante as the young and dynamic priest of St. Gregory the Great Cathedral in Old Albay, Legazpi.
The priest is inspiring and full of new ideas, positive attitude, and energy, he said.
He had a great time talking with him, he added.
Looks like he can relate to this young man of the cloth!
