Pola Mayor Jennifer Mindanao Cruz denies recall of ayuda from VP

Pola Mayor Jennifer Mindanao Cruz said there was no truth to claims that there was a recall order for the items that Vice President Sara Duterte donated to the town’s fisherfolk.

In a Facebook post, Cruz the fisherfolk should not be used for politicking or to besmirch somebody’s name.

It’s a different item that had been recalled and it has nothing to do with the VP, she said.

“Good morning po. Sa mga kumakalat po na balita na binawi ng vice president ang ibinahagi sa 208 na mangingisda ay wala pong katotoohanan ito. Wag po natin sirain o gamitin ang mangingisda sa mga ganyan na issue sardinas po ang pinapabalik ng dswd at kanila po itong papalitan. Salamat po,” Cruz posted.
