Mayor Morillo attends forum on solo parents

Calapan City Mayor Malou Morillo has spearheaded thr Stakeholders’ Forum on Solo Parents Affairs as part of the celebration of the National Solo Parent’s Week.

“Layunin ng gawain na mas maintindihan ng mga nabibilang sa solo parents ang kanilang mga karapatan at benepisyong maaaring matanggap,” said Morillo’s office

During the forum, the expanded Solo Parents’ Welfare Act was discussed.

The Guidelines of Automatic Coverage under National Health Insurance Program and the Programs and Services inclusive to Solo Parent Sector were likewise tackled.

“Ito ay pinangunahan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 at sa pamamagitan ng 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 na pinamamahalaan ni 𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗𝗗 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝘃𝘆 𝗟. 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗮, at bilang 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 ay naroon din sa nasabing gawain si 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂,” the mayor’s office said.

“Katuwang naman ng CSWD ang 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵), 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔), 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘),” it added.
