Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion is proud of the graduates of the Naga College Foundation, especially those who topped the licensure exam for criminologists.

In a Facebook post, Legacion congratulated Kenneth Olbita Dela Torre and Mark Perit Villanueva for placing first and 10th in the exam.

He also lauded NCF president Dr. Mario Villanueva, Dean Marilyn Balares and all the passers of the test.

They have shown what Naga students are made of.
