Oriental Mindoro Board Member Pau Umali had a sweet birthday message for his partner and “soon to be forever.”

Umali prepared a video showcasing their sweet photos together.

He shared the video on Faceook along with a special message telling her that he feels blessed to have her in his life.

She lifts him up when he is down, understands him well, and fills in his shortcomings.

She completes him, he added.
