Oriental Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor knows that the use of technology is becoming more prevalent and more and more people are now using digital wallets.
This is why Dolor is making sure that the provincial government will not getting left behind.
He is working with UBX Philippines to implement his e-LGU program.
This seeks to use technology to make it easier to pay taxes, distribute cash assistance, and complete other transactions in the capitol, he said.

Ito ang madalas nating naririnig na tanong kapag nagbabayad sa anumang klaseng tindahan. Sumasalamin lamang ito sa realidad na ang mabilis na pagbabago ng teknolohiya ay kaalinsabay ng pangangailangan ng mamamayan.
Sa pamamagitan ng UBX Philippines ay unti-unti nating sisimulan ang pagyakap sa teknolohiya. Ang e-LGU Program ay naglalayong maging madali, ligtas at maalwan ang serbisyo ng gobyerno gaya ng pagbabayad ng tax, pamimigay ng ayuda o iba pang transaksyon sa Kapitolyo,” Dolor posted.
