Gadiano attends first quarter Mimaropa full council meeting
Occidental Mindoro Governor Ed Gadiano has attended the first quarter Regional Development Council-MIMAROPA Full Council Meeting.
The meeting, which was held at The Heritage Hotel Manila in Pasay City, zeroed in on the proposed projects and development programs in the region for Fiscal Year 2024.
“Layunin ng nasabing pagpupulong ang maingat na paglalatag at makabuluhang pag-uusap hinggil sa mga programa at proyekto para sa susunod na taon na nakasentro sa pagpapaangat ng kabuuang antas ng pamumuhay ng bawat mamamayan sa rehiyon alinsunod sa Philippine Development Plan,” said Gadiano’s office.
The officials also tackled during the meeting the Ceremonial MOU Signing ng Regional Inclusive Innovation in MIMAROPA (RIIM) and DOST-DOT Collaborative Projects.
They also discussed FY 2024 Budget Proposals of Agencies, Economic Development Projects, Infrastructure Development Projects, Priority Courses in CHED Scholarship Programs, Calamansi Research and Development Center, DOST MIMAROPA’s Tourism-Related Collaborative Projects, Artificial Intelligence-based Management for Disaster Risk Evaluation and Monitoring (AIM4DREAM), CY 2023 RDC Work Program and RDC-PSR National Convention 2023.
“Ito ay sama-samang dinaluhan ng mga kagalang-galang na RDC Officers, Governors, City Mayors, Mayors of Capital Towns, League of Municipalities, Regional Directors ng mga National Government Agencies, Private Sector Representatives at iba pa,” said Gadiano’s office.
