Tallado leads groundbreaking of new building project in Labo barangay

Camarines Norte Rep. Josie Tallado announced that a nee multi-purpose building will be constructed in Barangay Mabilp 2 in Labo town.
Tallado led the groundbreaking of the new project on March 27. The project, which is under the “Buwis ng Mamamayan, Proyekto para sa Bayan” has a total budget of P8 million.
“Ang Construction of Multi-Purpose Building/Barangay Hall ay mula sa pondo ng Local Infrastructure Program sa ilalim ng General Appropriations Act 2023 na ipinagkaloob ni #AlagangNayJosie para sa nasabing barangay,” the lawmaker’s office said.
“Makikita sa larawan ang 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 mula sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) na kung saan inatasan at katuwang ni Congw. Tallado upang maging maayos ang pagtatayo ng proyekto batay sa program of works nito,” it added.
Meanwhile, Barangay chairman Jonathan Pardo Fruto expressed gratitude to the lawmaker for said infrastructure project.
Present during the event were Board Member Muriel Pandi and Former Board Member Bong Quibral as well as representatives from the Engineering Department of the DPWH.
