In a Facebook post, Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion shared a positive feedback from an individual who visited the Naga City Hall for a transaction.
The individual praised the city hall personnel for the very efficient way they processed and handled his request for a document. He was done in less than five minutes.
Needless to say, he was very impressed. It’s no wonder Nagueños don’t hold back on good governance; they actually experience it, he said.
Legacion praised the city hall personnel and also said the good feedback inspires them to continue providing good service to the people.
He urged local government personnel to keep up the good work!
