Japorms! Albay residents want Gov. Grex Lagman in jeans and T-shirts

Albay Gov. Grex Lagman is sporting a more laid back and casual look that consists of blue jeans and a T-shirt.

This is Lagman’s latest OOTD based on the crowdsourcing conducted by his office.

In a Facebook post, he said his staff asked people about their preferred outfit for the governor as many had noted that he was always in barong or short-sleveed “Cubano” shirts.

The people found this too formal and remarked that he looked as if he was always going to a law office to write pleadings.

This was why his staff decided he should be in jeans and a T-shirt.

Lagman hopes that next time, people would prefer to see him in beach wear.

Looks like the governor is getting ready for summer!

“Nag-crowd sourcing ang staff ko sa Governor’s Office para malaman daw nila what daw ang ‘preferred japorms’ ng mga Albayano para sa akin. Dami na raw kase ang nag-comment na lage na lang daw ako naka-barong o short-sleeved barong o “Cubanos”.

Para daw kase masyado akong “formal” and always naka pang-law office fashion ang peg ng lolo ninyo.

Pang desk work daw d’ styler na tipong gawa ng gawa lang ng pleadings ang arrive o yung pormahan yung like attend ng attend lang daw ng mga court hearings. Kaya, they came up with this! Haha

Sana next time pang-“beach wear” naman ang sunod na type ni crowd sourcing. Hahaha,” Lagman posted.
