Kho announced on Facebook that he has opened the application period for his “isKHOlars” under the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

Those who want to apply have to provide the following details:

1. Full Name (including Middle Name)

2. Complete Address

3. CP #

4. Birthday

5. School

6. FB Account

7. Parents’ Full Name (Father & Mother)

8. Date of payout from the last Education Assistance

They may submit their applications to his office, and the DSWD would cross-check the information,
