Camarines Norte Vice Gov. Joseph Ascutia found an old photo of him with Camarines Norte Gov. Dong Padilla eight years ago and posted it on Facebook.
The photo was taken eight years ago during the League of Municipalities of the Philippines meeting at Manila Hotel.
Ascutia wondered who would have thought the two guys in the photo would go on to serve as Vice Governor and Governor of Camarines Norte.
The Lord has his way of making destiny, he said.

“This picture was taken 8 years ago during our LMP meeting at Manila hotel.
Who would ever think that this guys will become the governor and vice-governor of the province of Camarines Norte.
GOD has his way of making destiny.
Time really flies,” Ascutia posted.
