Albay Gov. Grex Lagman celebrated the achievement an architecture licensure exam topnotcher from the province by giving her a cash gift.
Lagman met with new architect Shanna Mae Goyena who placed second nationwide in the recently concluded Architecture Licensure Exam by the Philippine Regulatory Commission.
He lauded her for her feat.
He said she made her professors and schoolmates at the Bicol University Institute of Architecture proud.
Her family and the people of Albay are also overjoyed over her achievement.
