Naga to form its own basketball team, says Mayor Nelson Legacion

Naga residents will soon have their own basketball team to cheer for.

In a Facebook post, Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion announced that the city would form a basketball team that would participate in the Inter-Town/LGU Tournament that will be led by Ako Bicol Partylist.

Legacion said that he would schedule try-outs soon, and thanked those who would support the program.

He would welcome more partners for the basketball team, he added.

He also said the forming of the basketball team would be a collaboration between collegiate teams and the local government.
