Nabua Mayor Fer Simbulan overjoyed to receive award for ant-drug performance

Nabua Mayor Fer Simbulan is thrilled that the town has been recognized for its efforts to fight the illegal drug scourge.
In a Facebook post, Simbulan shared that he received the 2022 National Drug Abuse Council Performance Award. This was in recognition of Nabua’s implementation of its anti-illegal drug campaign.
He said Nabua received 97.5 points during the performance audit.
Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos presented the award to him, the mayor dedicate dedicated the honor to the people of Nabua.

“I am delighted to have received the 2022 National Drug Abuse Council Performance Award, in recognition of our exemplary efforts in the performance of our duties in complementing the national government’s anti-illegal drug campaign. Nabua garnered 97.5 functionality points during the conduct of the ADAC Performance Audit.
The award was presented by Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos Jr. Secretary of the Interior and Local Government and Atty. Arnaldo Escober, Jr. Regional Director, DILG Region V.
