Albay Gov. Grex Lagman has big plans for the province’s anti-drug program. Lagman wants to the make Albay the first drug-free province in the region.

Lagman shared his plan as he welcomed Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos to the province.

He also assured Abalos that Albay would support his “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan” (BIDA) program.

He would work with the police and other law-enforcers in battling the illegal narcotics trade, he said.
