Pola Mayor Jennifer Mindanao Cruz rejoices over budget for infra projects

Pola Mayor Jennifer Mindanao Cruz is thrilled that her request for a P249.795 million budget for infrastructure projects has been granted.
In a Facebook post, Cruz said the budget is with the Department of Public Works and Highways Region IVA and came from the 2023 general appropriations act.
She said she had long requested for this.
This is so far the biggest allocation in Oriental Mindoro, she said.
She thanked former DPWH Secretary and now Sen. Mark Villar for this.
Many areas in her town would benefit from the projects, she added.

“Sa wakas nalagyan na po ng budget ng DPWH Region 4b thru GAA 2023 ang matagal na po nating request na 249,795,000.00 two hundred fourty nine million seven hundred ninety five thousand pesos pinakamalaking budget sa ngayon sa buong oriental Mindoro salamat po sa ating dating Secretary Villar na ngayon ay Senador. Calima, Buhay na tubig Hanggang Ranzo. Salamat po tax payers,” Cruz posted.
