Albay Board Member Vince Baltazar welcomes comments on his Facebook page, just as long these don’t bring negativity and toxicity.

In a Facebook post, Baltazar greeted those stalking or visiting his page.

He informed them that his page is for good vibes only and he doesn’t want to see anybody picking fights.

Those who want to be toxic should stay out of his page and find another place to hang out in, he said.

Respect his space!
