Tinambac Councilor Jonas Soltes was thinking of New York City on New Year’s Day.

On Facebook, Soltes shared a photo of him posing before the office of the New York Times and made it his profile photo.

He made this his profile photo and said he was missing New York.

He said changed his photo because the Big Apple always brings good luck

Looks like he wants good fortune in 2023!
