Rizal, Occidental Mindoro Mayor Sonny Pablo hosted a raffle draw for his constituents and gave away a lot of prizes, including items they could use to start a business.
It attracted a lot of participants.
But not everybody could be a winner.
Pablo has a message for those who were not so fortunate to win this year.
They should not lose hope because there’s always next year, he said.
Of course, there’s also a chance they might not win again, he noted.
But it’s better to be optimistic!
“Wag kang mawalan ng pag-asa sa mga RAFFLE. Malay mo next year di ka parin manalo,” Pablo posted.
