Tinambac Councilor Jonas Soltes feels like a literary character because of the cold

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
Like other parts of the country, Tinambac is having chilly weather now because of the northeast monsoon.
This weather made Tinambac Councilor Jonas Soltes feel like a literary character.
In a Facebook post, Soltes said the cold made him feel like Heathcliff Earnshaw waiting for the ghost of Catherine to peek by his window.
He was referring to the characters in the Emily Bronte classic Wuthering Heights.
