Albay Gov. Grex Lagman had a meaningful day when he spent it with orphans at the Holy Cross Children’s Home.
In a Facebook post, Lagman paid tribute to the nuns taking care of the orphans.
He also thanked Ms. Vangie, who made him part of her yearly advocacy and visiting and bringing joy to the children from the home.
He likewise thanked Board Member Rey Bragais for providing transportation to the children for their day out.
These children deserve love and care!
