Albay Board Member Melissa Abadeza greeted her eldest sister a happy birthday and talked about the important role she played in her siblings’ lives.

In a Facebook post, Abadeza said her eldest sister Jocelyn was like their second mother.

She said Jocelyn is beautiful, sexy, kindhearted, and intelligent. Her siblings love her even if she can be paranoid.

Joceyln has also been the family’s foundation.

She taught Abadeza generosity, showed her love and courage, and inspired her to be better.

She’s the best eldest sister!
