Disqualified Albay Governor Noel Rosal has spearheaded the meeting of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Mayon Council Executive Board.

Despite being disqualified, Rosal was the elected chairman of the board.

“Just now … presided the boy scouts of the phil. mayon council executive board .. elected po tayo dito as chairman ng mga scouters sa albay,” said Rosal.

Rosal said that the board laid down the activities of the BSP jn 2023 such as provincial jamboree and trainings.

“it has been more than 2 yrs na wala tayo activities .. kaipuhan ma enjoy talaga at ma experience man kang mga aki ang pagiging boy scout before going tertiary level,” said Rosal.

“thanks lgu of libon,albay mayor das and vice mayor mac for hosting us,” he added.

Rosal was earlier disqualified by the Commission on Elections as governor. He was replaced by now Governor Edcel Grex Lagman.
