Tinambac Council Jonas Soltes shares message to friends who didn’t pass the licensure exam for teachers

Tinambac Council Jonas Soltes had some encouraging words for his friends who did not pass the licensure exam for teachers.

In a Facebook post, Soltes said he understands that the situation can be frustrating and discouraging.

He said it’s okay to feel this as long as they don’t give up and keep moving forward.

He himself had not passed the University of the Philippines entrance exam, or the UP law entrance exam.

He did not graduate cum laude or graduate on time. When he first ran for councilor, he placed 12th.

But all these are irrelevant now. With the help of God, he could even complete three terms, he said.

It’s okay to fail sometimes; just remember it will be okay in time, he said.

What’s important is that they should never give up!

Ok lang mation an kulog basta dai magsuko. Try again next time.

Ako ngani dai nakapasar sa UP Entrance Exam. Dai nakapasar sa UP Law Entrance Exam. Dai nagin cum Laude. Dai naka-graduate on time.

Bakong OK sa pagmati an failure. Pero magigin OK ka for sure. Dai sana magsuko.

Shot,” Soltes posted.
