Lagman graces Bicol University Awards 2022

Albay Governor Edcel Grex Lagman has attended the Bicol University (BU) Awards 2022.

The Governor congratulated all the retirees who were recognized during the awards night.

“BU is the premier state university in Bicolandia,” said Lagman.

“Congratulations to all the retirees who were deservedly recognized as academics and/or higher learning administrators of note,” he added.

“Bravo as well to all those who were honored for being part of its illustrious academe for 10, 20, 30, and 40 years,” he continued.

Lagman noted the honorees surely went beyond BU’s principles founded on Scholarship, Leadership, Character and Service.

“By inviting me to attend this important occasion and affording me the privilege to speak before the pillars of your esteemed academic community, you have honored me as well. Thank you very much, BU,” said Lagman.
