Pilar Carolyn Sy-Reyes thanks CHED for allowing community college to offer a new course

Pilar Carolyn Sy-Reyes is so excited for the students in her town.
In a Facebook post, Reyes thanked the Commission on Higher education for authorizing the Pilar Community College to operate the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education, Major in ICT course.
Reyes said this is a dream come true for the residents of Pilar.
It is a timely birthday gift for her, she said.
She also thanked the local officials who made the effort to get the CHED to approve the new course.
