VG Lagman remembers his late mom

Albay Vice Governor Edcel Lagman has paid tribute to his late mother this All Soul’s Day.

The vice governor thanked his mother for always believing in his capabilities.

“Papa Cong. Edcel’s love of his life… my beautiful mom,” he said.

“Mama, thanks for always believing in me. Especially in the many instances in my life when the chips were down,” he added.

“Regardless, you always bet on me. And that gave me the confidence to find ways to overcome the obstacles that came my way,” continued Lagman.

Above everything, Lagman hopes that he made his mother proud with all his achievements.

“I hope i have somehow made you happy, honored and proud. I love you! Always.”
