Albay Board Member Glenda Ong Bongao didn’t feel the need to prepare a frightening costume for halloween this year.

Bongao explained why on Facebook.

According to her, she does not need a costume because 2022 is already scary enough.

With all that has happened this year, we don’t blame her!
