Rosal graces first ever EARTH Forum and Expo 2022

Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal graced the opening of the DZGB AM-led Environment, Agriculture, Resiliency, Tourism, And Health (E.A.R.T.H.) Forum and Expo.

The event was attended by local leaders and heads, at the Ayala Malls, Legazpi City.

With the theme “Sustainable Development in light of Laudato Si, Climate Change Adaptation and COVID-19 Pandemic,” DZGB AM launched their first ever EARTH Forum and Expo, a four-day event.

The event was inspired by Pope Francis’ Laudato Si, ‘Care for our Common Home’ in celebration of the station’s 64th Founding Anniversary.

According to the Albay PIO, the DZGB was supported by the joint partnership of the city and provincial government’s Agriculture Offices, the City Environment and Natural Resources Office, and other partner agencies and businesses.

Ms. Brenda Bayona-Locsin, PBN Broadcasting Network’s President, and one of the guest speakers, commended DZGB’s initiative to call fellow Albayanos into action in caring for our environment—our common home.

Also in attendance were Legazpi City Mayor Geraldine Rosal, Bishop Joel Baylon of the Diocese of Legazpi, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, Albay 3rd District Rep. Congressman Fernando Cabredo, and Dr. Ferchito Avelino DOH RO-V Assistant Regional Director.
