Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion is looking forward to cheaper electricity in his city with the Board of Investment’s approval of the P1 billion, 40.4 megawatt solar farm project.

In a Facebook post, Legacion said PAVI Green Renewable Energy Inc. would build the solar farm in Carolina.

This would help Casureco 2 to diversify their suppliers and get cheaper electricity, he said.

He is also working with the Department of Energy for a waste-to-energy project in San Isidro SLF.

“SOLAR FARM IN NAGA FOR CHEAPER ELECTRICITY

Kaolay man niato an Department of Energy tanganing matabangan kitang makaagwanta an satong waste-to-energy project sa San Isidro SLF,” Legacion posted.
