Bicol logs 211 COVID-19 cases from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1

The Department of Health has logged 211 new COVID-19 cases in Bicol Region from September 25 to October 1.

The new figure brought the number of active COVID-10 cases to 1,978.

The distribution of newly recorded cases is as follows:

A total of 106 patients recuperated from the disease, to bring the total number of recoveries to 59,374.

The DOH also logged 2 more fatalities to push the death toll to 2,640.

“The fight against COVID-19 rests primarily in each individual action. Everyone should take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from contracting the virus,” said the DOH.
