Calapan City Mayor Malou Morillo has recently convened the councils which she chairs together with the representatives from the national government agencies.

The meeting was held last September 14 at the Executive Building, Main Conference Hall.

“Layunin ng pagpupulong na matalakay ang mga plano at hakbangin tungo sa higit pang pagiging epektibong katuwang ng Pamahalaang Lungsod sa pagtugon sa ibat-ibang aspeto na nakakaapekto sa mga komunidad, kabilang sa mga adyenda ay ang updates at status report,” the Calapan City Information Office said.
“Sa Peace and Order and Police Visibility ay nag-ulat ang Calapan City Police Station; Fire Incidents and Safety Concern para sa BFP Calapan; Illegal Drugs Situation and Campaign ay ibinahagi ng PDEA Oriental Mindoro; Disaster Preparedness and Resiliency ay binigayang daan ng CDRRMD; Situation Report on Child Protection ay inihatid naman ng CSWD,” it added.
Morillo also raised the concerns and issues of the Calapenos that need to be addressed as soon as possible.
