Panaligan: Mayor Morillo will give ‘first class’ leadership

Oriental Mindoro Rep. Arnan Panaligan said that newly installed Calapan City Mayor Malou Morillo will surely give a “first class” leadership.

“𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽,” said Panaligan.

“𝗗𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼,” he added.

Morillo succeeded Panaligan as Calapan Mayor after serving three consecutive terms.

Morillo beat former Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez and Gilbert Repizo as Calapan mayor.

Morillo obtained 36,452 votes while Ramirez got 29,824 votes and Repizo received 12,040 votes

Meanwhile, Panaligan defeated former Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos to secure the congressional seat.
