Calapan City Mayor-elect Malou Morillo attends Gov. Dolor’s oath-taking

Calapan City-Mayor elect Malou Morillo has graced the inauguration of Oriental Mindoro Governor Humerlito Dolor and Vice Governor-elect EJ Falcon.

“Congratulations sa nananatiling 𝗚𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 ng Silangang Mindoro, Governor Humerlito “Bonz’ Dolor at sa ating bagong 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗲-𝗚𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 Vice Gov Ejay Falcon,” she said.

Morillo also assured Dolor of her support for the betterment of the province.

“Makakaasa kayong ang Kapitolyo ng Oriental Mindoro — ang Lungsod ng Calapan, ay magpapamalas ng pagkakaisa at pakikisama para sa ikabubuti ng ating lalawigan,” she said.

Dolor ran against Oriental Mindoro Rep. Doy Leachon last elections.

Falcon, on the other hand, beat Vice Governor Jojo Perez in the last polls.

Morillo will be the first-ever female mayor of Calapan. She beat incumbent Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez and Gilbert Repizo for the position.
