Calapan City Mayor-elect Malou Morillo has paid a courtesy visit to Pasig City Mayor Vico to discuss various projects which the Calapan could adopt.

“Nagtungo din sa 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴 si 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿-𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 at 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿-𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗺 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 upang makipagpulong kay 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼,” the mayor-elect’s office said.

“Dito ay tinalakay nila ang iba’t-ibang mga programa at proyekto na maaaring i-adopt ng Lungsod ng Calapan na makakatulong sa mga Calapeño,” it added.

“Nagkaisa naman ang dalawang Alkalde tungkol sa usapin ng Good Governance at pagbabago sa tradisyunal na pamomolitika sa Lungsod,” it also said.

Morillo earlier visited the Iglesia Ni Cristo Templo Central in Quezon City to personally convey her gratitude to the leadership of the religious organization.

Morillo is the first-ever female mayor of Calapan. She beat incumbent Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez and Gilbert Repizo for the position.

Morillo obtained 36,452 votes while Ramirez got 29,824 votes and Repizo received 12,040 votes.
