It looks like incoming Occidental Mindoro Rep. Odie Tarriela will be an ally to Leyte Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, who is being touted as the next House Speaker.

Tarriela got to meet Romualdez in a recent gathering and shared photos from the event on Facebook.

He said he felt honored and privileged to meet Romualdez, who he described as the future speaker of the House of Representatives.

“It is a great honor and privilege to have a meet and greet with the future Speaker of the House, Cong. Martin Romualdez,” Tarriela posted.
